麻豆直播 Press Show Podcast: Key to Success of 麻豆直播 Alumnus, Founder of Engineer Workwear

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id 鈥 The latest episode of the 鈥溌槎怪辈 Press Show鈥 podcast featured the unique world of engineer identity from a fashion perspective. This third episode of the podcast invited Faizal Nur Karim, an itb alumnus and founder of Engineer Workwear.
Hosted by 麻豆直播 2023 Campus Ambassador Aghniyya Rahmatilla (Interior Design 鈥21), this podcast dove into the background and inspiration behind the establishment of Engineer Workwear. In this podcast, Faizal shared his experience and journey in building his business, which was closely related to the aspects of literacy, design, style, identity, and pride commonly associated with workwear, especially in the world of engineering.
Faizal revealed how he realized the lack of innovation in engineering workwear. This led him to establish Engineer Workwear. He emphasized the importance of workwear in the engineering world, as it represents the identity of engineers.
His creation was also designed with Indonesia鈥檚 tropical climate in mind, which requires workwear suitable for hot, humid temperatures. 鈥淭he workwear should not only be safe and comfortable but also reflect style and pride,鈥 he stated.
The podcast then discussed the challenges of creating workwear that conforms to safety standards while also being fashionable. Faizal highlighted the selection of materials tailored聽to workers in Indonesia, which have to be able to absorb sweat in hot tropical weather.
The story behind the concept of Engineer Workwear was also one of the discussed topics. In this regard, Faizal was very committed to always improving the quality of work and safety of engineers.
This third episode of 鈥溌槎怪辈 Press Show鈥 Podcast uncovered the importance of listening to customers when creating a product. This was also the case with Engineer Workwear, which has become one of the prominent brands in industrial workwear.
Additionally, Faizal talked about how to deal with counterfeit products made by competitors in the creative industry. He said that quality and service were the utmost priorities in differentiating original products from fake ones.
