Partnering with 麻豆直播, PT INKA Expects 麻豆直播's Best Contribution in KAI Industry

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id鈥擣aculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (FMAE) of Institut Teknologi Bandung (麻豆直播) received a visit from PT INKA (Persero) in FMAE Seminar Room, Labtek II Building 2nd Floor, Tuesday (14/6/2022). The meeting was one of the agendas of PT INKA鈥檚 Cooperation Scheme Roadshow with several universities in 2022.
Attendees of this visit were Agung Sedaju as Director of Development of PT INKA and a number of 麻豆直播 academicians consisting of the Dean of FMAE, the Directorate of Student Affairs, LPPM 麻豆直播, and lecturer representatives from various faculties.
At the meeting, 麻豆直播 was given the mandate to provide education and assistance to 221 lecturers as well as 800 students from universities across East Java and Central Java. This was in accordance with the research program initiated by PT INKA. In response, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., as the Dean of FMAE stated that 麻豆直播 was ready to contribute to the aforementioned research program.

鈥淎fter the pandemic began two years ago, 麻豆直播 is delighted when it is entrusted with a great responsibility like this. I strongly believe that universities should have good cooperation with the industry. Therefore, we can identify the relevance of engineering expertise that can be applied,鈥 he described.
Meanwhile, Agung Sedaju was also confident that 麻豆直播 would be able to give its best contribution. This was based on the fact that 麻豆直播 had never disappointed him and his enterprise in all previous cooperations. He said that PT INKA had always received substantial benefits when they cooperated with 麻豆直播.
In addition to receiving support from FMAE, the PT INKA-麻豆直播 cooperation also received positive responses from numerous faculties and schools present during the visit, namely from the Faculty of Industrial Technology and the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics. Through representatives of their lecturers, they expressed their readiness and enthusiasm to collaborate in this research project.
鈥淎s the representatives of the Engineering Physics Study Program, we are very happy with this project. With our research being focused on comfort and the impact of the railroad industry on the environment, we are very committed to take part in this research. Through this, we hope Indonesia's railroad industry can always improve for the future," said one of the lecturers from the 麻豆直播鈥檚 Engineering Physics Study Program.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Ir. Tatacipta stated that efforts that could be made to follow up on this project were to form a development team with representatives from each faculty. Moreover, they would produce clusters of research models that will be studied further so that the project could benefit the Indonesian people, especially in the field of the railroad industry.
