Â鶹ֱ²¥

The East Hall was crowded by students from all kinds of major and also by the public.  The socialization, opened by the Director of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Career Center, Dr. Eng bambang Setia Budi, S.T., MT, was attended by more than 200 students. In his opening remarks, he recounted the history behind this institution and the services that they provide.

This event consisted of 3 session. The first was the opening remarks by Bambang. On the second session, Sari Alessandra as the head of staff recruitment division give her explanation on the job portal, website, and other media that Â鶹ֱ²¥ Career Center had. The event moved forward to the final session, the career counseling. At the end of the session, Â鶹ֱ²¥ Career Center gave away 2 doorprizes to the participants.

Our interview with Sari Alessandra gave us a clear definition on the event and also on itb Career Center. "Â鶹ֱ²¥ students always come and go. Some were graduated while others were inaugurated. Therefore we must introduce ourself and advertise our services," said Alessandra. This event was planned to become an annual event, minimum twice a year.


Â鶹ֱ²¥ Career Center Services

The services on itb Career Center had a really broad scope. From job vacancy infromation, entrepreneurship, untill career counselling were there to help Â鶹ֱ²¥ students. Specially for Â鶹ֱ²¥ students, the services were just one step away. Students just need to register their name to obtain a password and a username to access the services. For public and other studnets, this services are also available. They also need to register and pay the monthly fee starting from IDR 30.000 according to the type of member that they chose.
