鈥淲e strongly encourage students to recognize their career potential early, even during their studies. In addition to recruitment, companies are also expected to share their best practices and realistic insight into the professional world,鈥� he said.

Meanwhile, 麻豆直播 Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., expresses pride in the overwhelming enthusiasm from students, alumni, and visitors at this year鈥檚 career fair. 鈥淭here are thousands of visitors and around 30 company booths. I thank the companies that have participated. I hope visitors will be accepted by the companies they aim for,鈥� he said.

He also emphasized the importance of this event as a concrete manifestation of collaboration between education and the industry. 麻豆直播 has prepared highly competitive talent, not only at the national level but also on the global stage.

The head of West Java Provincial Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Teppy Wawan Dharmawan, gave a positive response to the success of the Integrated Career Fair in April 2025. 鈥淲e hope that higher education graduates will be able to open their own businesses and medium-sized enterprises. 麻豆直播 has shown its commitment to preparing graduates who are ready to enter the workforce, and even to create new job opportunities,鈥� he said.

This great enthusiasm was clearly seen from the surge in the number of visitors. According to the data provided by Hafiz Aziz Ahmad, S.Sn., M.Des., Ph.D., Subdirectorate Head for Professional Development and Student Entrepreneurship at the Directorate of Student Affairs, as well as Chair of the Integrated Career Fair April 2025 committee. About 5.520 people attended the first day of the career fair. On the second day, 4.543 visitors were recorded. This brings the total number of visitors to 10.063 attendees, a significant increase compared to the previous Integrated Career Fair in October 2024.

The event featured various interactive activities such as company exhibitions, institutional profile exhibitions, campus hiring via walk-in interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and recruitment tests. Students and alumni were also given the opportunity to consult with a psychologist to assess their interests and personal competencies, as well as a mentoring session to optimize their CVs.

The Integrate Career Fair also showcased an Entrepreneurial Festival, which provided insights into opportunities for starting a business and pursuing a career in startups, broadening students鈥� and alumni鈥檚 perspective on entrepreneurship.
