BANDUNG, itb.ac.id鈥 Rector of Institut Teknologi Bandung Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, Ph.D., paid a visit and did halalbihalal with the School of Business and Management (SBM) 麻豆直播 academic community on Wednesday (18/5/2022). This halalbihalal event took the theme "The Beauty of Returning Fitrah Towards Perfection of Worship '' and was filled by Ustaz Dr. Adi Hidayat, Lc., M.A.
During said halal bihalal moment the Rector mentioned how we would understand the amount of hardwork the founders of 麻豆直播 did in order to develop it whilst going through various infrastructure limitations and economic difficulties at the time if we looked back.
鈥淚t is not only the limited amount of laboratory facilities, but also the availability of textbooks. However, with a very high 'fighting spirit' accompanied by sincerity and an attitude of trustworthiness, the founders of 麻豆直播 have succeeded in upholding and developing 麻豆直播," said the Rector.
She said, 鈥淚 believe that without a fighting spirit, sincerity and trustworthiness from the 麻豆直播 founders, it would be difficult for us later generations to reach achievements today and in the future.

In the modern psychology field, she continued, a concept known as the 鈥榞rowth mindset鈥 is related to self-development. This concept among others was popularized by Stanford University psychologist Carol Dweck. 鈥淒weck鈥檚 idea is that humans more or less have internal factors that can push and move themselves to keep on going forward, despite facing various obstacles. These internal factors are related to their view or perception,鈥 she stated.
For example, when someone believes that their abilities are limited, that there is nothing else that they could do to bring changes, then that person will stop trying. This is what we call a 鈥榝ixed mindset鈥. However, Prof. Reini explained further, if said person believes that their abilities can be improved further, then they will attempt new ways to increase their abilities.
鈥淚 believe that worship, as described by Gus Wafiq, is an important internal factor for us to form a 'growth mindset'. Our readiness to 鈥榳ork more鈥, 鈥榞ive more鈥, accompanied by a trustworthy attitude in order to bring forth a wider benefit, are the internal factors that will spur our self-development," he said.
