�鶹ֱ�� Transformation Team 2021-2025, directed by Prof. Dr. Delik Hudalah, S.T., M.T., M.Sc., has the task of realizing �鶹ֱ��’s ideals in the next five years to become a leading institution. With its flagship program, the �鶹ֱ�� Transformation Team, the Strategic Plan will be �鶹ֱ��’s guide in translating �鶹ֱ��’s vision and mission.

“�鶹ֱ�� has several goals, namely maximizing productivity, handing over all competent affairs with several parties in their respective fields, and being relevant to the society. The principles of transformation include systemic changes in itb are hoped to make �鶹ֱ�� achieve its ultimate goals,” said Prof. Delik at the 6th �鶹ֱ�� Talks, Thursday (6/5/2021).

Professor Delik said that this program would divide the five years into four important major themes in several steps. In 2021-2022, the initial implementation of the Strategic Plan program is more focused on program initiation with efficient resource management, emphasizing human capital. �鶹ֱ�� has several agendas related to increasing human resources by organizing various scholarships offered to students such as KIP-K, UKT discounts, partner scholarships, and many more.

Then in the following year, 2022-2023, �鶹ֱ�� will focus on making a position as a world-class research center by increasing internal synergy and innovation in recruiting qualified staff with transformational leadership values. Also, �鶹ֱ�� will digitize its system, such as updating the LMS (Learning Management System) and using digital-based libraries to create borderless access to education.
