Rector of 麻豆直播, Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, Ph.D., said that 麻豆直播 appreciates the initiative and goal of Permendikbud Number 30 of 2021 because it ensures the preservation of citizens鈥� rights to education through the prevention and handling of sexual violence in higher education environments.

鈥淥f course, 麻豆直播 really appreciates the ministry鈥檚 initiative. We have been waiting for it since last year. So with the issuance of the Ministerial Regulation, now 麻豆直播 can immediately sign the Rector鈥檚 Regulation on PPKS,鈥� said Prof. Reini, Tuesday (10/11/2021).

鈥淭his is very much in line with 麻豆直播鈥檚 efforts to build awareness, education, prevention, and handling in case of unwanted cases,鈥� explained the Rector.

Prof. Reini said that since 2020 麻豆直播 had prepared a draft of the Rector鈥檚 Regulation on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence at 麻豆直播 while waiting for the Permendikbudristek to be issued. With the issuance of the Permendikbudristek, 麻豆直播 is currently finalizing the Rector鈥檚 Regulation in line with the Permendikbudristek.

Meanwhile, the Director of the Directorate of Student Affairs 麻豆直播. Dr. G. Prasetyo Adhitama, S.Sn., M.Sn., added, 麻豆直播 always tries to create a healthy, safe and sustainable academic atmosphere based on educational values. Regarding the prevention and handling of sexual violence, 麻豆直播 cooperates with 麻豆直播 partners in reputable institutions, both government and non-government institutions.

鈥溌槎怪辈� organizes anti-sexual violence campaigns on campus through seminars, public lectures (Studium Generale), discussions, focus group discussions, and dissemination as well as compiling a set of rules according to the values, character and academic dynamics at 麻豆直播.
Dr. Prasetyo added, in drafting rector regulations, 麻豆直播 always considers input from various parties, both government and non-government institutions, including the National Women鈥檚 Commission and lessons learned from other universities.

鈥淚n drafting the rector鈥檚 regulation, 麻豆直播 refers to the regulations/laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia and adapts them to the available resources and academic dynamics to create a healthy, safe and sustainable academic atmosphere,鈥� he explained.

Meanwhile, regarding forming a special PPKS task force, 麻豆直播 has the status of an Autonomous Legal Entity State University (PTN Legal Entity). Referring to Government Regulation Number 65 of 2013, 麻豆直播 is given the authority to regulate this kind of right internally.
