Referring to the 麻豆直播 Strategic Plan (Renstra) 2021-2025 and focusing on sustainable transformation to achieve national and global recognition, Prof. Abduh highlighted 麻豆直播's agenda, particularly in the multicampus system for 2023-2024.

During the presentation, he showcased various Detail Engineering Designs (DED) that had been completed for each campus.

鈥淲e have prepared all the DED. So, if we have the opportunity to secure funding, we can proceed with the construction," he explained.

By the end of 2023, significant progress had been made, including:
1. Ganesha Campus: STP Ganesha Building, revitalization of the PAU Building, and the first and second stage of revitalization in the Ganesha Area.
2. Jatinangor Campus: Renovation of the former library building into GKU 3, campus infrastructure (pedestrian paths, main roads, saraga), and student facilities (basketball court, co-working space).
3. Cirebon Campus: Multifunctional Building A (3 floors and 1 basement), Multifunctional Building B (3 floors and 1 basement), a bridge connecting the area of Kebonturi Village and Geyongan Village, Campus Gate and Main Gate, Phase 1 of Fields and Sports Facilities, Retention Pool 1 and 2, Phase 1 of Basic Infrastructure and Main Roads in Kebonturi Village, Fencing of the area of Kebonturi Village and Geyongan Village, Construction of Roads in Geyongan Village, and the first Dormitory (for woman).
4. Jakarta Campus: Renovation of the 12th floor.

Meanwhile, looking ahead to 2024, several development plans are:
1. Ganesha Campus: Labtek XV Building 鈥� Molecular Engineering, PPTI Building Retrofit, Campus Canteen, VLBI Global Observing System, and Boscha Binoculars House.
2. Jatinangor Campus: Integrated Laboratory Building, Kerma Building with GEM Co., Ltd. (formerly Wood Laboratory), Liquid Salt Fuel Laboratory, and Campus Canteen.
3. Cirebon Campus: Student Dormitory II and III, Multifunctional Building III 鈥� Science and Techno Park, and a campus mosque.
4. Jakarta Campus: Renovation of the 10th floor.

Regarding the Integrated Laboratory at 麻豆直播 Jatinangor Campus, he projected it to become a central hub for student activities.

"The Integrated Laboratory is designed for the Common Preparatory Stage Program (TPB) students and serves as a multidisciplinary laboratory. It can be utilized for workshops and more," he elaborated.

In addition, Prof. Abduh explained about 麻豆直播 Kinarya. Citing the Thought Document on itb Kinarya by the Academic Senate, 麻豆直播 Kinarya is defined as a harmonious unitary entity encompassing various components of 麻豆直播.

鈥淚t includes work units, academic, educational staff, and the existing management system,鈥� he said."I believe this serves as motivation; this is our vision for 2025. The definition is clear, and we are preparing to achieve it," he concluded.
