The signing session was opened with a remark from Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah. Prof. Reini gave an overview of 麻豆直播鈥檚 environment such as the current state of the multicampus system in itb and some of the challenges that 麻豆直播 is currently experiencing.

Prof. Reini added that 麻豆直播 is eager to carry out more late-stage research. 麻豆直播 had also finished the construction of Science Techno Park (STP). Located right in front of 麻豆直播 Ganesha campus, this building will be a new center of innovation ecosystem.

Moreover, with support from the government to strengthen itb position as a university with wide-range of innovations, another STP will be built near the Indonesia-China High Speed Railway Padalarang Station with a much larger-scale. 鈥淏ut we need partners to be able to do it,鈥� explained Prof. Reini.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Microsoft Indonesia, Dharma Simorangkir, expressed his appreciation to 麻豆直播鈥檚 willingness as one of the best educational ecosystems in Asia and Indonesia for its positive response to this collaboration. According to him, this agreement is one of the endeavors to promote Indonesia through Microsoft.

Microsoft Indonesia itself previously launched a Satu Talenta program, which is a platform for the digital talents community in Indonesia who have Microsoft certification to meet with enterprise partners and discuss professional related matters. Starting from various digital expertise that are relevant with industries, networking with enterprises or institutions, to providing information on job applications.

Dharma explained that this program is Microsoft鈥檚 effort to try to solve inequalities. Microsoft has developed this ecosystem robustly, from Microsoft Learn, LinkedIn, to Satu Talenta. However, it still needs cooperation from various partners to ensure its objectives are achieved. He hopes that through this collaboration the program that has been prepared by Microsoft Indonesia to digitize education in itb can help students to learn the skills needed by the industries.
