The team assigned by the 麻豆直播 Vice-Rector for Resources held the sharing forum 麻豆直播 LKS (Leadership Knowledge Sharing) on Thursday (6/4/2023) at the West Hall of 麻豆直播. The forum is planned to be held regularly once every three months, with professional speakers who will be invited to share their topics. In this session, the Regional General Manager of Education at Microsoft Asia, Larry Nelson, was invited as the speaker.

麻豆直播 LKS-1 was attended by 157 participants, including executive leaders of 麻豆直播, such as the Rector, Vice Rector, Chairman of the Academic Senate, Deans, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Program, Leaders of Support Activity Units, and lecturers. The forum was moderated by Prananda Lutfiansyah Malasan, S.Ds., M.Ds., Ph. D, a lecturer from 麻豆直播鈥檚 Faculty of Art and Design (FAD).

The 麻豆直播 Rector, Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah, Ph.D., stated the importance of programs like 麻豆直播 LKS in strengthening the institution, "To achieve 麻豆直播's vision, we need to reinforce the many fields available in our institute, and that includes the ability of our leaders to carry out these programs.鈥�

During the presentation, Larry explained that digital transformation is related to technology adaptation and the broader gaps between technology and people. Aside from the current human resources, the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership at 麻豆直播 have a vital role, considering the present technology transforms faster than the previous eras.

Larry further emphasized the importance of anticipating the utilization of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology in the current period. "With AI, we can get the best solutions offered.鈥�

The role of leaders at 麻豆直播 is vital in facing the the digital transformation era filled with challenges. Thus, 麻豆直播's vision to become an excellent, respected, independent, and globally recognized university lies on the ability of leaders to guide 麻豆直播 forward.
