麻豆直播 Grants Scholarship Schemes for Graduate Program Students

BANDUNG, itb.ac.id 鈥 As one of Indonesia鈥檚 oldest learning institutions, the general public鈥檚 pursuit of postgraduate study has always been in line with Institut Teknologi Bandung鈥檚 (麻豆直播) interest 鈥 in particular, those planning to do so in itb. The increase in advanced education strongly correlates with improved quality of research and education in Indonesia from time to time.
In the spirit of realizing Indonesia as a player in the global competition, 麻豆直播 opens the door to opportunities for postgraduate education through its wide range of courses and scholarship schemes.
To support this agenda, the Directorate of Student Affairs and the 麻豆直播 Graduate School organized a joint webinar with the theme of introducing scholarship information and postgraduate courses on Saturday, the 19th of March 2022.
麻豆直播鈥檚 Vice Rector for Academics and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Jaka Sembiring, M.Eng., described that many prospective graduate students require scholarships. Evidently, 70% of webinar participants asked for further information regarding scholarship opportunities on a survey basis. Furthermore, in response to the applicants鈥 concerns, 麻豆直播 also provides bursaries in the form of Educational Procurement Expenditure. The subsidy offers 50-100% grants through suchlike mechanisms.
Prof. Jaka also valued the graduate applicants鈥 enthusiasm with their increase despite a withstanding pandemic for the past two years. In other words, the pandemic hardly obstructs individuals from developing their potential.
鈥淎 significant growth of 麻豆直播 master鈥檚 program applicants can be found during 2019-2021 with the respective numbers of 1088, 2931, and 3018. Meanwhile for the doctorate program, said period demonstrates a number of 205, 303, and 368 applicants,鈥 he asserted.
The webinar also provides information about external scholarships, such as the LPDP (Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education), BRIN (National Research and Innovation Agency), and The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for Higher Education scholarship, as well as JFLS (Jabar Future Leader Scholarship). With such an abundance of opportunities, hopefully, many more candidates will be encouraged to pursue postgraduate education.
