The Rector of 麻豆直播, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., stated that the new building, which has been under construction since November 2023 on the site of the former Gedung Kimia Lama (Old Chemistry Building), serves as a modern and integrated facility. It will play a crucial role in education and research at the molecular level and its applications in various fields such as energy, health, food, and the environment. The facility will also contribute to creating materials designed to solve global issues in sectors such as electronics, sensors, energy storage, and other technologies vital to a sustainable future.

"With this facility, 麻豆直播 reinforces its commitment to making an impact in research, education, and community service. With the presence of this integrated facility, we hope to see the emergence of more applicable scientific works, innovative learning, and real-world solutions that benefit the nation," said Prof. Tata.

He also expressed his gratitude to all parties involved, including former rectors who contributed to the development of various facilities at 麻豆直播, one of which is the Labtek XV Building.

The facilities in the Molecular Engineering and Functional Materials Building include teaching and research laboratories, public spaces, lecture and seminar rooms, a workshop area, an innovation laboratory, a workshop, a cafe, and faculty rooms.
